The phones go down. The coffee gets topped off. Somebody laughs so hard the whole table joins in. Bring your people to a five-bedroom home with room to reconnect. Your leader brings the program; Zen brings the place to land.
Start with how you want everyone to feel when they leave: closer, clearer, rested, glad they came. Choose a format, then tell us your dates and plan. We confirm the space, visitor count, services and price before you reserve.
A daytime gathering for a small group — a workshop, a women's circle, a planning offsite. Subject to prior written approval of activity, visitor count, hours and applicable rules. An overnight reservation does not authorize an event.
The signature format: a small group, the whole house, slow mornings, and a fire at night. The kind of weekend where nobody asks anything of you.
For retreat leaders, churches, coaches, and teams. You bring the programming; we provide the venue, the beds, the kitchen, and one easy point of contact.
Friday: arrive, claim a room, share something easy for dinner. Nobody needs an icebreaker called “synergy.”
Saturday: coffee, your group’s session, a long lunch and actual free time. Finish with stories by the fire if conditions allow.
Sunday: one last breakfast, one thing you want to take home, checkout by 10 AM. Leave room for the goodbye that takes three tries.
This is a free planning idea, not an included hosted program or food package. Open the free Weekend Playbook.
Before you choose: Country is an older home with stairs, five bedrooms and a mix of beds, couches and an air mattress for larger groups. Maximum overnight occupancy is 16; this does not mean 16 private beds. Day visitors and organized activities require written approval. Review the real photos and sleeping plan.
A two-story dining room built for the long dinner and the louder card game. Living spaces that hold a full circle. Five bedrooms and additional sleeping spaces for larger groups. Review the Country room plan; not every guest has a private room or conventional bed.
Outside: a fenced yard, porches and a fire pit for stories before bedtime when conditions allow. Keep the neighbors’ evening peaceful too: quiet hours are 10 PM–8 AM.
See the Whole HouseThe Zen Collection is built around a simple belief: that beautiful, private, unhurried space creates the conditions for connection. We don't run your program — your written quote sets out exactly which space and services are included.
The quiet here is real, and so is the welcome.
